Oreo Cheesecake Recipe
This No Bake Oreo Cheesecake is made with just a few ingredients! It’s so silky smooth and loaded with chunks of Oreos. The perfect no bake dessert for summer!
Ingredients
Crust:

Oreo cookie crumbs |

Melted butter |
Filling:
| 350g |
Cream Cheese at room temperature |
| 80g |
Caster Sugar |
| 1g |
Salt |
| 2g |
Vanila Extract (optional) |
| 3g |
Gelatin |
| 290g |
Whipping Cream |
| 30g |
Oreo cookie crumbs |
Instructions
Crust:
- Mix Oreo cookie crumbs with melted butter, stirring it together until the Oreo cookie crumbs are moist.
- Press into a 6 inches removable bottom round cake mould
- Put into freezer and wait 10 minutes.
Filling:
- Beat the cream cheese until it's smooth, preferably using an electric mixer. Add the caster sugar, salt, gelatin and vanilla extract(optional), mixing all three ingredients until it's well incorporated.
- In another bowl, beat whipping cream until it's thick and has soft peak (around 3 to 5 minutes)
- Mix two mixing together well, then add Oreo cookies crumb in and stir.
- Put the filling into a piping bag, spread into prepared crust, and placing it in the fridge for at least 5-6 hours or overnight.
- Once it's chilled and at the perfect consistency, heat mould outer wall with hot tower or hair dryer, slowly push the bottom of mould and take it out of the tin.
- Decorate the cake surface as you like.
- Slice and serve.
